1. General Provisions
This document is a public offer (hereinafter - "Offer") of OOO "Galanta" (hereinafter - "Seller") to conclude a retail sale and purchase agreement (hereinafter - "Agreement") on the terms specified below.
By placing an order, the Buyer accepts the terms of this Offer.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer the goods specified in the order, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Order Placement
The order is placed by the Buyer through the online store by filling out the order form.
The order is considered accepted after confirmation by the Seller's manager.
4. Price and Payment
The price of goods is indicated on the website at the time of order placement.
Payment is made by bank transfer or bank card within 2 banking days from the date of order confirmation.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms and cost are agreed with the Buyer individually after order confirmation.
The Buyer can also pick up the order from the Seller's warehouse (self-pickup).
6. Return and Exchange
The return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
